Who we are
Premier Website is a subscription service, operated from New Zealand, that designs, builds and hosts websites for businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send us a request, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, optional business name, and your message. Once you subscribe, we also hold the information needed to run your subscription, and the text, images and other content you provide to build your website.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to build and host your website, to take payment and to contact you about your subscription. We never sell your information or use it for third-party marketing.
Who processes it
To run the service we use trusted providers: Resend to deliver email, Cloudflare for hosting, and a payment provider to process payments (we never see or store your card details). Where we use AI tools to help build or update your website, the providers of those tools may process the content you provide. Your information is processed in New Zealand and in other countries where these providers operate.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, and other privacy laws that apply where you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Send a privacy request through the form on our home page, start your message with “Privacy request”, and we will respond as the Act requires.
