Our service
Premier Website is a monthly subscription service. We design, build and host a custom website for your business, and make changes to it for you on request.
Pricing and billing
The subscription is US$20 per month (prices are in USD), billed monthly through our payment processor. It covers everything: the custom design, hosting and changes. There is no setup fee and there are no extra charges. Taxes such as GST or VAT may be added where required.
Changes to your website
Changes to your website are included in your subscription, subject to fair use. If a request is unusually large, we will talk to you about it first.
Before your website goes live
We will share your website with you for approval before it goes live. You are responsible for checking that everything on it is accurate and lawful.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month, after which your website is taken offline.
Refunds
Subscription fees are not refundable except where required by law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that applies to you.
Your content and ownership
The text, images and brand assets you provide remain yours. You give us permission to use them to build, host and update your website, including with the help of tools we use for that work. You promise that you have the right to use everything you provide and that it is not unlawful, misleading or infringing.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, harmful or that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend or remove a website that breaks these terms.
Availability
We aim to keep websites online and the service running, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
General
We operate from New Zealand and these terms are governed by New Zealand law. We may update them from time to time; the latest version always applies and will be posted on this page.
